Reorganizing

Taking the time to reorganize around your house really makes a difference in your daily life! Things will be easier to find, and life will feel much less cluttered. Just follow the tips below!

Organize your recipes.

Purchase three binders, some clear sleeves, and dividers. 1 binder will be for desserts, 1 for holidays, and 1 for everyday recipes. Organize them as you see fit!

Buy a whiteboard for a chore chart.

Hang the whiteboard on your fridge or wall in the kitchen, and update it each week, with assignments for each family member.

Organize your cabinets.

Check under your sinks for any cleaning products that are expired, empty, or in need of replacement. Clean out your kitchen cabinets, and make sure there aren’t any expired items.

Go through your bookshelves.

First, head to the kid(s’) room(s) and go through their books – donate old ones that they don’t read anymore. Then, go through your bookshelf. Pick out your favorites, and donate the ones you haven’t read in the last couple of years.

Color-coordinate your closet.

We know it sounds silly, but doing this will actually force you to go through everything and get rid of old items. It will also help you to find things a bit easier when you’re searching for something!

Keeping things in order at home is important, but it’s also important to make sure everything is clean indoors! We’d love to be your saving grace this summer.
